• Payments are non transferable or refundable.
• The studio and/or teachers reserve the right to cancel any class due to insufficient number of enrolled students or other circumstances. If a class is cancelled a refund will be given.
• It is the responsibility of the student to inform the instructor of their current level and/or if they have any injuries or concerns that the instructor should be aware of. If the student is unsure of his/her level they should get in touch prior to booking their class. If you are new to movement and aerial and it is your first time participating in such activities, you will be classed as a beginner. 
• If you are filming a video of yourself you must be respectful to those around you and/or ask for consent if another student is in your shot.
• Atria Studios strive to excel students progress and learning, If a package is purchased it is the responsibility of the student to ensure that he/she makes a conscious effort to attend his/her classes.
• All students must book onto an open training induction before being able to train at the studio without supervision or attend any open training sessions.
• If you are in open training and are here alone, it is your responsibility to ensure that you are confident with the movements that you are practicing. It is your responsibility to stay safe. It is also your responsibility that if equipment is moved it is put back to the exact same way as you left it.

• Please note that if you are a PT/Instructor you may be asked to show your certification in order to avail the studio rental offer for freelancers. 
• The studio rental for freelancers/PT's is only applicable if the freelancer is using the offer to teach a private class, else the freelancer must either pay 250 AED for non members of 175 AED if he/she is an Atria members. 

• Atria Studios enforces a strict Late Cancel Policy. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your class you will lose your spot and not be refunded. You must be on time to class to properly stretch and warm-up prior to engaging in Atria Studios class. No entry into class after 10 minutes.

Atria Studios enforces a strict 12 hour cancellation policy. If you reserve your place in an Atria Studios class and then fail to cancel  12 hours in advance, you will be charged for the class. Each cancellation and/or no show will count against and be deducted from your month’s remaining unused sessions or package sessions.

• Students who are on an active Credit Packs do not have the option to freeze their package. 
• Students who are on Auto Renew Membership plans can pause their memberships in 14 day to 2 month blocks. If students would like to pause your membership less than 14 days there will be a 40AED charge per week.

Membership is billed every 4 weeks - 3 billing cycle commitment, then continues one cycle at a time. First full period begins on the membership's start date. 14 days notice before next billing date is required when cancelling.

Pausing in 14 day to 2 month blocks. If you would like to pause your membership less than 14 days please note that there will be a 40 AED charge per week.

2 Weeks notice required for cancelling your membership.

If you would like to cancel your membership after your notice there will be a cancellation charge of 350 AED.

No refunds, class credits are not transferable.

a. Ownership: All trademarks, service marks, and logos displayed on atriastudios.me are the property of Atria LLC. 

b. Unauthorized Use: The use of any Marks without the prior written consent of Atria LLC may constitute trademark infringement.

a. Content Ownership: All content on atriastudios.me and social media channels including “atria.studios” and “atria.athletics” including but not limited to text, images, graphics, and multimedia, is the property of Atria LLC and is protected by copyright laws.

b. Use of Content: Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, or create derivative works from any content without the prior written consent of Atria LLC.

c. We are not responsible for, nor do we endorse any third-party advertising on our pages of any social networking sites.
