A typical class begins with a full-body warm-up, followed by conditioning drills to prepare the shoulders, core, and grip. You’ll then move through pole-specific techniques like spins, climbs, inversions, and transitions—progressing toward fluid combinations and choreographed sequences.

With consistent practice, pole helps develop upper body and core strength, improves joint stability (particularly in the shoulders and hips), and enhances flexibility. You’ll notice improved posture, muscle tone, coordination, and overall body awareness.

Our Pole classes are inclusive, welcoming individuals of all levels, body types, capabilities, and ages. Whether you're a beginner or a professional athlete, our classes cater to everyone.
