Pole Dancing

Pole is a unique blend of strength, technique, and creativity. Every class combines conditioning with skill-based training, taking you through spins, climbs, inversions and combinations that challenge both your body and mind.

Whether you're stepping onto a pole for the first time or already have experience, our classes are designed for all levels, body types, and backgrounds. No dance, gymnastics, or acrobatic experience is needed—just a willingness to learn, and we'll take care of the rest.

*Please note that for our all levels class our students must be able to climb, invert and perform a gemini and scorpio comfortably.
If you're still working towards these skills, please book into our pole beginners class.

Flexibility

Fluid Lines focuses on enhancing your flexibility to help you master front splits, middle splits, and deep backbends. You'll work on increasing your range of motion while developing a resilient, strong, and supple body to support overall function and free movement.

Our flexibility classes serves as an excellent means to alleviate muscular tension, promote full-body relaxation, and foster a heightened connection between mind and body.

The class involves practicing active holds, applying tension to your muscles to enhance end-range strength. Additionally, you'll engage in sport-specific dynamic stretches and movements, contributing to improved coordination and refined lines for aerial arts and inversions

Aerial hoop

Aerial Hoop, or Lyra, is a suspended steel hoop that challenges your strength, control, and coordination while introducing you to movement in the air. You’ll learn transition through different positions while developing confidence and control on the apparatus.

Classes focus on building strong foundations, technique, and learning how to move with intention.

Our classes are open to all levels, with progressions tailored to your experience. Whether it's your first time in the hoop or you're refining more advanced skills, there's always something new to learn.

For your comfort, we recommend wearing a long-sleeved top with leggings or comfortable tracksuit bottoms to help protect your skin while training.

Aerial Straps

Aerial Straps is a strength-focused aerial discipline using two suspended straps to develop control, precision, and full-body strength in the air.

The practice demands strong engagement through the shoulders, back, and core, combining conditioning with technical skill development. You’ll work through foundational exercises that build the strength and stability needed for skills such as inversions, meat hooks, flags, rolls, and straight-arm holds.

Classes focus on technique, alignment, and progressive strength development, allowing you to build the control and confidence needed to advance through more challenging sequences over time

Handstands

Handstands are a practice of control, balance, and precision. This class breaks down the foundations of being upside down — from understanding alignment and weight distribution to developing the strength and coordination needed to find stability on your hands.

Through drills, conditioning, and guided progressions, you’ll work on shoulder strength, core engagement, mobility, and balance while learning how to approach handstands with confidence and consistency.

More than just a physical skill, hand balancing teaches patience, focus, and awareness. Whether you're building your first handstand or refining your technique, this class is designed to help you progress step by step in a supportive environment.

Low Flow Pole

Low Flow pole is a unique class that seamlessly integrates contemporary dance, flow acrobatics, and gymnastics.

Discover the art of flowing through ground-based movements, spirals, and pole threads using the lower portion of the pole.

We invite you to experience this unforgettable class where creativity, movement, and self-expression converge to create a truly immersive and empowering atmosphere. For your comfort, we recommend donning baggy trousers or leggings, along with knee pads and socks.

This class is open to beginners and anyone looking to explore a more expressive side of pole. While no previous pole experience is required, a basic level of body awareness and coordination is recommended.

Pole Exotic

Exotic Pole is a sensual movement practice that invites you to connect deeply with your body and movement.

you'll explore how to move with confidence, learning to hit beats with intention while weaving sensual choreography across the floor and pole. This space is playful, empowering, and full of energy, where you're encouraged to let go, take up space, and move unapologetically.

We offer Russian Exotic, Old School, and Hard Style. Each class explores different techniques, rhythms, and approaches to movement, allowing you to develop confidence, control, and your own style.

Beginners Exotic classes are for those new to the style, with no previous experience or heels required. Please check the schedule for current class levels and styles available. If you continue your Exotic journey, we recommend investing in your own pair of heels.

Contemporary Dance

Contemporary Dance explores movement through emotion, musicality, and personal expression. This class combines elements of technique, floorwork, and creative exploration, encouraging you to move with intention and connect with your own style.

You’ll work through guided choreography, developing your understanding of dynamics, transitions, and storytelling through movement. Alongside structured sequences, there will be opportunities to explore improvisation and discover your own interpretation of the music.

Suitable for all levels, this class offers a space to build confidence, expand your movement vocabulary, and experience dance in a way that feels authentic to you.

Strength Training

Build strength, power, and endurance through structured resistance training designed to challenge your entire body. This class focuses on developing foundational strength through a combination of upper body, lower body, and full-body exercises.

Expect a mix of weight training, bodyweight movements, and functional exercises designed to improve strength, stability, and overall physical performance. Each session is structured to help you progressively build confidence, increase your capacity, and become a stronger, more capable mover.

Whether you're looking to complement your movement practice, improve your fitness, or simply become stronger, this class provides a balanced approach to building strength and resilience.
