Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Atria Athletics. If you are not entirely pleased with your order, we offer returns and exchanges under the conditions outlined in this policy.
Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
a. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
b. Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

b. Our customer service team will guide you through the return or exchange process, providing any necessary instructions and a return shipping address.
Returns
a. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
b. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
a. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service. Exchanges are subject to availability.

b. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs, and we will cover the shipping costs for sending the exchanged item.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
a. In the rare event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@atriastudios.me or Whats App us on: +971 50 523 0280, providing your order number and a description of the issue.
b. We will arrange for the return shipping of the faulty or incorrect item, and upon receipt, we will send you a replacement or issue a refund, including shipping costs.
Sale Items
Sale items are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless they are faulty or incorrect.
Final Sale Items
Certain items marked as "final sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.
Delivery Charges
Atria Athletics will initiate the pick-up of the items you wish to return; however, it is the responsibility of the customer to cover the delivery fees for their returns. These fees can be paid to the driver in cash.
