Which Pole Class Should I Join?
We want everyone to feel confident and comfortable in the class they choose. Here’s a quick guide to help you decide where you’ll get the most out of your session:
Pole Beginners Class
This class is perfect if:
- You’re brand new to pole or still getting the hang of the basics.
- You’re working on foundational moves like spins, tricks, and simple transitions.
- You want a supportive environment to build strength, confidence, and technique.
Don’t worry—you don’t need any prior experience. We’ll guide you step by step!
Pole All Levels Class
Pole All Levels (Strictly Non-Beginners)
Our All Levels class is now designed only for students with prior pole experience. To attend, you must be able to confidently perform the following:
Pole climb
Invert and Gemini and Scorpio (no-hands)
Pole sit
This class is not suitable for beginners, but for those who have already built a foundation and want to continue developing strength, flow, and tricks.

Pole Intermediate Class
This class is for you if:
- You’re comfortable with beginner moves and ready to level up.
- You can climb the pole, invert (go upside down), and hold basic poses with control.
- You’re ready to learn more advanced spins, combos, and transitions.
Intermediate requires a bit more strength and familiarity, so make sure you feel confident with the beginner fundamentals before joining.
Pole Intermediate+ Class
This class is ideal if:
- You’ve mastered the core intermediate moves and are ready to push your skills further.
- You can confidently invert, climb, and transition between combos with control and flow.
- You’re working on advanced tricks, dynamic spins, power moves, and aerial transitions.
- You’re comfortable with conditioning exercises to build strength and stamina for more challenging moves.
This class is for those who are ready to elevate their practice, refine their technique, and take on more complex and creative combinations. If you’re unsure whether you’re ready for Intermediate+, just ask your instructor—we’re here to support your progress!
