JUNE HANDSTAND INTENSIVE

Date: 4th - 5th June -Beginner | 6th - 7th June -Intermediate/Advanced

Beginner Handstand Intensive: designed for those with little to no experience who want to build a strong foundation in handstands. Whether you're completely new, struggle with being upside down, or lack the strength and mobility for proper alignment, this intensive will guide you through step-by-step progressions in a safe and supportive environment. Perfect for anyone looking to improve confidence, overcome fear, and develop the essential skills needed for handstands.

Intermediate/Advanced Handstand Intensive : is for those who can comfortably kick up or hold a wall-assisted handstand and are ready to refine their technique. If you're working on freestanding holds, pressing into a handstand, improving alignment, or exploring shapes like tuck, straddle, or pike, this intensive will help you build control, strength, and balance. Ideal for those looking to advance their skills and explore more dynamic entries and transitions.

Atria Run Club
